So good that we went twice in one day. Delicious and filling vegan food in the heart of New Orleans. The vegan gumbo and vegan crab cakes were amazing!
Excellent taste for such a small establishment.
We avoid pork and one of us has a shellfish allergy. Those who can, enjoyed the crab cake po’ boy. The allergic kid enjoyed the vegan gumbo and vegan crab cake po’ boy. We were concerned that we wouldn’t be able to find a restaurant where all of us could enjoy a taste of New Orleans and are so pleased we happened upon this gem. And the folks working the counter are very nice! Do yourself a favor, and enjoy a Meal From the Heart.
Outstanding! Great food, great people. Had the crab cake tacos and crab cake salad and this was some of the best food we’ve had in NO.
I absolutely love this cafe. The food is amazing with a variety of healthy options for clean eating. The crab cake tacos 🌮 are my favorite! And the staff treats you like you are part of their family. Treat yourself and check out this awesome spot! Located in the French Market!❤️❤️❤️
A visit to the French Quarter wouldn't be complete without a Crabcake sandwich with a poached egg from Meals from the Heart! They take great care with their food; that it is delicious, healthy and just what you had in mind. Their customer service is awesome. Sitting at the counter, I felt I was cared for as a welcome friend.
