RecommendedAbsolutely delicious healthy food - vegan options!!! You must try their crab cakes with poached egg on whole wheat muffin - heavenly.....And very friendly staff - a joy for a solo traveller like myself: Only suggestion - get rid of these plastic fork and knives and cups. Let’s help these kids striking all over the world to save our environment!! 😊
Awesome place to get some vegan food in New Orleans, and DEFINITELY worth the wait! Try the vegan crab cakes on a poboy or in a taco and get the vegan gumbo, it’s to die for!

Everything!! is AMAZING! from the food to the service
The okra gumbo is one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. I wish I could eat it every day. My boyfriend loved the vegan pancakes and he’s not even vegan! The service is A+++ and we were very happy with our choice to visit Meals from the Heart Cafe during our stay in town.
