I had a 2 bedroom and it was absolutely disgusting, me and my husband were catching mice damn near every night, we couldn’t get our a/c fixed the a/c unit they did provide leaked on the floor (hardwood) they never covered the holes were the mice were entering at or any of the hole for that matter. DO NOT MOVE HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT, yea the price is cheap but the complex, building and the actual apartment is TRASH,MICE INFESTED AND DON’T NOBODY DO NOTHING IN THE OFFICE.
Mice infested this is all within 2 days ! They do not call pest control
1/5 my apartment doesn’t have heat it’s snowing! It’s black mold everywhere Everytime I try to use the stove/oven the carbon monoxide alarm goes off!! I also have to air out or leave my apartment to cook. The maintenance man told me to unplug and plug the oven back in!! I know this is the hood but whew!! the office staff act like me calling is a inconvenience for them.
I moved into my one bedroom apartment in April of 2024 and all I can say that you are getting what you pay for. The biggest issue is the communication at the complex lack. The non urgency when it comes to serious issues. Like what do you mean I have to wait 48 hours to get my stove in order to have my stove fixed. They don’t consider being locked out of your apartment an emergency either. My review is in regards to Mr. Tye, the Maintenance Supervisor. Ever since he has been apart of the maintenance staff; I see a positive change in the resolution of service requests and response times to ongoing issues. Kudos to Mr. Tye for really understanding us as tenants and how we need to live comfortably with working amenities and environmental surroundings.
