Awful!! Their hours are NOT POSTED ANYWHERE, and EVERYTIME I have tried to call it ALWAYS goes into Voicemail!! Imposible to get ahold of or even purchase products from!! PLEASE POST YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION AND A VALID PHONE NUMBER WITH SOMEONE WHO WILL ACTUALLY ANSWER A CALL! I would like to purchase my Aveda products from you instead of driving to Cheshire, but I cannot reach your salon OR locate your hours of operation!! VERY unprofessional and inconvinient for prospective clients!!
