Wouldn't live here again. Loud and trash over flowing. Did not feel the safest here. Office manager is a joke.

Probably one of the best apartment communities that I have lived in. Well kept and clean grounds. A friendly staff that is always willing to help. Super fast maintenance. Nice amenities. Bug free, nicely remodeld, spacious and well laid out apartments. And the location is great. Away from, but close enough to the business Pine Ridge and downtown areas.
Great place with a fantastic atmosphere, and the office staff is nice and quick to respond to any and all problems. No matter how big or small most problems are resolved on the same day by the friendly maintenance workers.
