After renting at Meadow Lakes for four years we moved out and are being charged over $800 to replace the carpet. Mind you most of the carpet damage was normal wear and tear. There was some damage to the carpet from pets but the non-refundable pet deposits and the monthly pet fee should have covered that. RecommendedI just moved in from River Reach, and I must honestly confess that I loved that community, they are on top of things. I only moved to Meadow Lakes due the fact they offer 3 bedroom units and because they say they are aligned under the same quality guidelines (Aspen Square) as River Reach, and they actually are who they say they are, I've been impressed by the way they've handled things in the office and maintenance team, I can honestly say they are changing all perceptions and facts of what this community once was. Perfect apartment in Naples FL I recently was going to relocate down to Naples FL from Illinois and I spent about 2 weeks down here looking for an apartment for myself. I had the hardest time finding somewhere that would not only answer the phone but that would also spend time with me showing me. Meadow Lakes definitely stood out the lady showing me around was super helpful and everyone else in the office was super nice and friendly as well! If I ever move down to the area I WILL being moving into Meadow Lakes!!
RENEWING MY LEASE TODAY I've lived in Naples FL for the past 6 years and I have lived here at Meadow Lakes for 2 years now and I absolutely LOVE it here. Any issues I have in the apartment gets taken care of super quick and on top of that the office staff always calls me to make sure it was done and to see if I have any other issues. I just signed my renewal for this upcoming year with the lovely ladies up front and I couldn't be happier!

Beautiful property!
I love it here I have lived here over 3 years and I completely love it! This is my 3rd apartment community I have lived at and by far is the best. Between the maintenance staff and the ladies in the office I always know that I am being taken care of. My lease is coming up for renewal and I absolutely will be staying!
