Having lived here for three years I can honestly say don’t waste your time. The office staff is clueless. The apartments are hardly luxury ...yes the maintenance staff does their best but between the drugs, ridiculous garbage issues and that’s just the beginning....drive through on any given night...it will be obvious...there were gates but they just came down after not working for nearly a year....for the ridiculous prices there are better places. I love my 2 bedroom! I have space for friends and family to visit. I am in a first floor apartment and I can't hear my neighbors above or beside me. The pool area is gorgeous and there is a 24 hour fitness center.
Wouldn't live here again. Loud and trash over flowing. Did not feel the safest here. Office manager is a joke.

Probably one of the best apartment communities that I have lived in. Well kept and clean grounds. A friendly staff that is always willing to help. Super fast maintenance. Nice amenities. Bug free, nicely remodeld, spacious and well laid out apartments. And the location is great. Away from, but close enough to the business Pine Ridge and downtown areas.
