Beautiful community! The office staff and maintenance team are awesome. Everything is always very clean and well kept.
Worst place I ever lived in. Needed a place fast when I first moved to Naples but I soon realized the price for the apt was not worth it..the pool was always dirty and gross with trash cans overflowing and bathroom so gross you don’t want to walk in it. The gym equipment would stop working every once in awhile. The neighbors where a mess trash all over the place even found condom wrappers � the walls are so thin I could hear everything going on downstairs and next door. So happy I stumbled across Meadow Lakes and Alison! Moving here for work and signed today! I’m looking forward to my move finally!! She was so helpful and thorough in finding my apartment and it has everything I need... she even helped me find a furniture rental. After going to appointment after appointment to walk into Meadow Lakes is a breath of fresh air! �
DON’T RENT HERE!!! I suspect any positive review about this place is done by a company paid person. Look on multiple sites and believe the negative reviews. Life is way to short to have to deal with the kind of people that work here. Be rude, unhelpful, and downright mean after the contract is signed must be in their mission statement. Also, realize that what is written in the lease contract may say something completely different than what their “policy” is and they will ignore the contract and corner you financially to foll... read more
Having lived here for three years I can honestly say don’t waste your time. The office staff is clueless. The apartments are hardly luxury ...yes the maintenance staff does their best but between the drugs, ridiculous garbage issues and that’s just the beginning....drive through on any given night...it will be obvious...there were gates but they just came down after not working for nearly a year....for the ridiculous prices there are better places. A great place to live I found everything about Meadow Lakes to be top notch. Friendly staff with super service. Very quiet, clean and I feel very comfortable. Thank you Meadow Lakes!
I love my 2 bedroom! I have space for friends and family to visit. I am in a first floor apartment and I can't hear my neighbors above or beside me. The pool area is gorgeous and there is a 24 hour fitness center.
