There place is horrible. They paint over mold and anything else. There are mice. Me and my son have gotten sick and my son is suffering the most since he was young when we moved in. He has lost his hair and more. I have done everything know to do as well as being in court for two years and nothing has still been done. I have call every inspection in DC. Been here for 2 years, too many mice in the walls. Not good with ants in the stove.
As of now we have a large water spot in the carpet coming from underneath. Possible source is bad piping. Either way waiting for maintenance to come by. Don't get me started on the mice. Had to use mice foam to seal areas.

Not a good place to live! I wish I could upload videos of it raining urine and fecal water in our bathroom. We have reported the rats, and they have done nothing about it as of yet. The rats are dangerous due to health issues and medical equipment my husband has. Plus, Amelia has admitted to me, more than once, that she "accidentally " applied our rent to another account! We are looking for another place to live now. Somewhere that is better and safe, because this place isn't!
