Unacceptable treatment — immediate management action required I visited Meadow Green Court in Washington, DC as a secret shopper and living conditions and had a completely unacceptable experience in the leasing office. The staff member I interacted with, Tamika, was openly disrespectful, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was not greeted appropriately, my questions were brushed off, and I was spoken to in a manner that no applicant or resident should ever experience.
