Just purchased a new Jeep. Michael Smith, the salesman, was amazing. He was upfront and honest, which is so rare (sorry, but true). He was also very fun to deal with (also rare). We are planning on working with him again, when my husband is ready to get his next vehicle. If you are in the market for a new C, D, J or R, you will be in great hands if you ask to work with Michael!!
I’ve taken my truck here 3 times for repairs and it’s always been a bad experience. I took it in again for problems with the camera and was told the wait just to look at it was two weeks, I can’t go two weeks without a vehicle plus how ever long it takes for repairs. Also they have really bad communication with customers my truck had been ready for pick up for a couple days and I was never notified, I had to go up there personally to ask about it bc they would not return my calls or texts. Do not recommend.
Met with Jeff on Sunday while looking at trucks. I have a 2025 Ram with the Hurricane engine that is having issues, that has been at other dealership 3 time and still having problems. Jeff suggested to bring the truck in and let his shop take a look at it. I drop the truck off on Friday, a few hour later I was called to come and pick my truck up, going on the second week with no engine light. Hopefully the issues have been resolved. Pretty happy with the service and response. Thank you
Service dept arranged pickup and delivery of a wheelchair modified van. A huge help for a driver who had no way to drop off and return home while repairs were being made.
The team provided me with a schedule of completion and a very detailed report. Very helpful!
