Appointment started on time, service was excellent. In and out on in a timely manner. Friendly staff
I went in for my 6 month cleaning today. I appreciate the courteous staff and their efficiency. They always take the time to address any concerns I have and carefully explain any treatments I need. I have been a patient for several years and have always had a great experience here.
I have been coming here for years (about 5) with my daughter. We never wait, the cleanings are fast and comfortable. The staff is cheerful, knowledgable and answer any questions. I usually see Dr. McLaughlin but have been seen by others doctors and had no complaints. The office is clean and convenient. They have worked with multiple insurance plans (I've had 3 or 4 as a patient) explaining the differences to me. They make excellent referrals when appropriate. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
That is how I feel every time I go to see these fantastic people. They all seem to be a wonderfully happy family and we are friends that they invite in, take amazing care of and get to know one on one. The service is second to none and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Even though I live in Lancaster, I don't mind the drive at all. The service and atmosphere at Millwood Family Denistry is fabulous. Everyone is so friendly. Going to the dentist isn't always the most fun thing to do, but everyone there makes it so much easier ! Thanks for all you do!

I have been a patient of Dr. McLaughlin for nearly ten years. She and her staff are very friendly and makes you feel welcome and at ease. I would highly recommend Dr.McLaughlin to everyone I know looking for a good family dentistry.
I actually arrived early for a change(thought I was late) Saved time by getting my x=rays done early. They actually apologized because I was early and had to wait. THAT IS CUSTOMER(PATIENT) SERVICE. Thank you.
