Brought my cousin tamales all the way up to Washington State. She loved them!!!! The cheese tamales are my favorite!

I got to try these today in Orange county at the sand canyon irvine Kaiser hospital farmers market. I had the cheese and green chili tamales and they were amazing. I definitely going to buy some next time they are at the farmers market. Do you guys post when you are going to be at the farmers market?
I have always loved this place and still do. I placed an order prior to Christmas and picked up my order at the Lancaster Farmers Market. I was disappointed to learn my pineapple tamales were not complete and my order was partial. Most disappointing was that I was told I just needed to refrigerate and warm up. I took my tamale Hoya out and warmed up my tamales. The beef were fine but there was something very strange about the chicken and cheese. The masa did not seem to cook and was raw and soggy.
