Steve is better than wonderful. As we walked through the house, he answered every question I had and gave me several good recommendations. He was very patient with me and always explained everything in layman’s term. I would highly recommend him and M. E. Flow!
I had an appointment with the alexandria office for service and they told me that they could not give me a time and they would call me 20 minutes before they came. This appointment was made 2 weeks ago. I think this is a very bad run company and I would not recommend them.

We understand that there are times when that is not convenient. The best suggestion is to request the first call of the day. Your review will be passed to the service manager.
I am very pleased with the service. He found the leak & was able to fix it quickly - all the while being courteous, professional & polite.

The folks at ME Flow were able to accommodate. us with an appointment to service our attic air conditioning unit, despite a stretch of unseasonably warm weather. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful, explainingthe problem and how to guard against it in the future. We were very satisfied - and appreciative of his expertise.
