My experience with MDS Construction and Ben Katner was deeply disappointing. During our bid evaluation, we discussed several key components of the project in detail. However, the quote I received was vague and overly generic. I reasonably assumed that the items we discussed were included — but they were not. MDS did an outstanding job on our windows, siding, and back porch roof! The craftsmanship really stands out — everything looks clean, solid, and professionally done.
