My experience with MDS Construction and Ben Katner was deeply disappointing. During our bid evaluation, we discussed several key components of the project in detail. However, the quote I received was vague and overly generic. I reasonably assumed that the items we discussed were included — but they were not. MDS did an outstanding job on our windows, siding, and back porch roof! The craftsmanship really stands out — everything looks clean, solid, and professionally done. The crew was fantastic too — super friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. We’re really happy with how it all turned out and highly recommend them!

Recently had a bay window installed to replace an old bow window. Everything from the initial contact to completion went as planned. We are very pleased with the work and Rob and Dan were great to have on site. It was obvious that they cared about the work they were doing. Will definitely call this company when we have additional projects.
