As far as I can tell, he did a very good job. This was just grout replacement.

Great service at reasonable cost. Mark was able to schedule the job the next day and he and his team did the job in short order. The granite countertop looks like new after the work was completed.
Mark was responsive. I had a quote on Monday and the job was done on Wednesday. Porcelain tile in laundry room. Nicely done.
