Mark was very responsive and efficient. He gave us a fair price and did a beautiful job in multiple rooms in our home.
After reading Mark Palin reviews, I thought I was going to get a professional job. Mark himself did not come to do the job, so he sent another man who was NOT a professional Tile contractor. The job was done terribly, there were gaps not grouted and very messy. I called Mark and asked him to come look at the job and explained there were bubbles in the grout, he said that was a sandy grout used which I never discussed or was told he would use. Response to review by Mark Palin: Homeowner looked at job when we were half way done said it looked great. I was there not like he said when we were done he shook our hands and paid me .If he didn't like the job why would he pay me. After i left his job his wife went into the shower with a spotlight. His wife should have been looking at the work when we were there not him i could have addressed the situation then.
