I was referred by my primary physician to be tested for ADHD. Setting up the appointment they asked if I wanted a therapist or psychiatrist, I requested a psychiatrist. Upon arriving for my initial appointment I was seen by a family nurse practitioner which is not what I had requested for my appointment. She proceeded to ask some standard questions and acted confused at every answer I gave. This provider clearly did not read my referral and was apathetic to my concerns. Go elsewhere if you have Medicare. They have no idea how to deal with that. After more than 18 months, my mom is still getting billed. She is now in Hospice. Maybe they'll stop sending bills after she's dead.
Professional staff. Brand new office.
