been coming to this place for 12 years, never once have i been asked to pay, especially $80. No mention of medicare at all which would of brought away the $80 reference, maybe hire actual australians who know medicare and not internationals who just want to take ur money like they do where theyre from.

Rude receptionist
Management should take care of this. I call for an appointment. The receptionist lady must tell me if they’re already booked out. Instead of that she asked me if i was here before. I said this is my first time at this medical centre. She replied we aren’t giving appointments to new patients. I said it’s important for me and I live in neighbourhoods. She said doesn’t matter. I want to know legally they can do that?
