The front desk staff needs to be revamped and retrained on proper front desk ettic. No one greated most of us in line only I assume the people they saw fit. The girls do not greet you but they greet and make small talk amongst themselves. Treat the patients and parents nicer, more kinder. Every customer/patient should be greated and given instructions.
