They had me and my son waiting in the lobby for over an hour after our appointment time to verify insurance. He had already came two weeks prior and insurance information was ALREADY GIVEN so why you had to verify insurance twice?? My child should have been seen during that time period. We should not have been subdued to sit in a lobby for an HOUR for insurance verification. That’s highly inconsiderate of everyone’s time. RecommendedI’ve been taking my children to the McKinney location since it was Children’s Health Peds. While wait times weren’t always the best the care my children received from Dr Lisa Ernest was amazing! She was always caring and would take the time to really talk with us about all of our concerns. We are very disappointed that she is no longer at this pediatricians office! They have the worst customer service. On June 4th I waited in a room with a 4 year old for 2 hours then had to go ask someone as they are all eating lunch if the dr was coming. Today I went to register my kid for school and his shots have not been entered in the tracking system called been on the phone for 2 hours and they still haven't got them entered. they are the most unorganized office.
we called numerous times only to be transferred to voicemail at the 529 location finally left a msg requesting a callback so we could set appt. We did so on three different days, never got a callback after a week we went online and set an appt for Monday and received a confirmed msg back. When we showed up at the appointed time we were told we didn't have appt.
