I don't even know where to begin with the clinic on Fry rd- Katy, TX. Multiple phone calls- left messages. time and time again, calls are not returned and we are again out of meds for the weekend for 8 yr old. Staff does not answer phones and we have had to drive to office where staff seems inconvienced. I am disgusted by the care and dismissive attitude displayed by this office. We will be looking for a new Dr.
I like the doctors, and I like the staff. That's about it. I've been waiting in the lobby/room for over >two< hours, and I STILL haven't seen the doctor. we just need her shots. -_-
The Beaumont location is so unorganized . It makes no sense on how unorganized they can be as a doctors office . They hire ghetto rude workers , and walk around as if theirs nothing to be done , and text on their phone as if they don’t have a job . I’m convinced they have hire anybody . I’ve been waiting for them to respond to a fax which should’ve been responded to the day of or at least in 48 hours a process that’s suppose to take two weeks is now taking two months or more because they act like they can’t answer the phone ... read more
RecommendedThe MD Pediatrics on Saner has been AMAZING! The ladies there are always so helpful and courteous. I left the Wynnewood location because their care service had gone way down hill. I had not 1 but 2 virtual appointments for a Covid check up in which they never even called at all even though I checked in both times. I was sitting in the waiting room for over an hour another lady walked in and they tried to see her before me I had to ask for the manager before I was able to be seen I will not be bringing my child back to this doctor again
If you go to kids md pediatrics off northwest highway I would suggest seeking somewhere else to go.... I’ve waited over a month for them to fill paperwork that was needed for my kids daycare.... I’ve been given nothing but the run around and put on hold... well today was the day I broke and asked to speak with upper management the girl at the front desk was giving me nothing but attitude and even made me cry from being so frustrated and put on hold mind you while I’m at work I get the paperwork all for it to see it is still ... read more

The Doctor & staff was lovely But that security guard was horrible our car wouldn’t start and I tried to roll it back into the area behind me and he ran out the door and said you can’t park here someone is on their way and this is where they have to park !!! I said I’m not able to start the car so how am I going to move it ? His response was I don’t know but you got to move it this is private property!!! They had me and my son waiting in the lobby for over an hour after our appointment time to verify insurance. He had already came two weeks prior and insurance information was ALREADY GIVEN so why you had to verify insurance twice?? My child should have been seen during that time period. We should not have been subdued to sit in a lobby for an HOUR for insurance verification. That’s highly inconsiderate of everyone’s time.
