This is a terrible company with the worst customer service ive experienced! I was hung up on today after years of loyalty with this company simply checking on my referral bonus, they will swindle you into bad contracts and talk down at you as if they aren’t aware of this economy. If you want a junk car with less hassle just go to the auction.
Do not purchase here!! Car ran well for test drive then progressively sounded worse. First payment was due before 30 days even passed. They also repo’d my car only being 2 days late and refused to make arrangements with my extenuating circumstances of my mothers death that was going to make me 9 days late! Terrible customer service, rude and passive aggressive. They do not tell you they will not make arrangements up front. Manny will not let you speak to anyone else in this sham of a company. Just go elsewhere!
Predatory lender with even worse customer service. Circumvented their procedures by calling to get release of my vehicle which i was behind in payments earlier then wanted to release it. They then behind my back called and cancelled the release option early and told me that they couldn't do it because the other company wouldn't allow it to happen. THE WORST DAMN CAR COMPANY EVER!!!!! THE MF'S SO SMART THEY DUMB (IF THAT MAKES SENSE) I HAD A CAR WRECK AND WAS TOLD BY MCMC THAT IT IS THERE RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE MY GAP CLAIM..... GAP AGENT EMAILED MCMC AND TOLD THEM IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY. MCMC IS NOW REFUSING TO SEND OVER THE PAPERWORK GAP IS REQUESTING .... MCMC CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS WANTS TO BE INSURANCE ADJUSTERS SO BAD. MY CAR WRECK WAS 2 MONTHS AGO AND MCMC HAS RECEIVED PAYMENT, BUT REFUSE TO SUBMIT PAPERWORK BECAUSE I FILED MY OWN GAP CLAIM.
