Dealing with MCM is a nightmare so don't ever use them !!! – Let me say this they don't respond when you call them, they ignore your calls most of the properties they manage are not the best they over price on the rentals. I would never recommend them to anyone I know why put anyone through such aggravation. The so called mangers they have running various aspects of the business are inept and lack skills. Really good experience – MCM has been very fair to me and my family. We recently had some issues in our apartment that needed to be taken care of. So all I did was call their office, was transferred to maintenance and had my repairs all taken care of really quickly..so I really only have good things to say about MCM and have recommended them to a bunch of my friends

Warning: Keep Out – I think after reading the reviews it's well established that this company is a representative for slumlords. The Maintenance of their properties and tenants units is substandard to non-existent. The only way you will get repairs done is to threaten or follow-through with filing complaints with the city, then at the final hour they will come through and perform. They don't follow through on anything or even return phone calls, yet they wonder why you get upset with them. It seems they are in over their hea... read more
Absolutely Terrible – If you read the majority of negative reviews they are for the most part right on correct. I can't really say anything positive about them except for they're always ready and willing to collect your rent check! They are rude and ill-mannered and this company is the worst I've ever dealt with since I've been a renter. They appear compassionate and concerned wanting you to think they are the best around and will take care of your every want and need. Once you're in, you're on your own. SH*TIEST MANAGEMENT EVER – I have never had to deal with such bad management company before. One request was sent to repair my apartment and their lack of response (by email or phone call) was simply unprofessional. Great managers if you communicate – If you are having a problem paying your rent to MCM, don't hide! Communicate with Belinda, and then with Barbara, to let them know when you think you can make a payment. If you do so, and follow through, you will find Barbara to be an extremely compassionate person. She will state your case to the owner and give you the benefit of the doubt. If you gain her trust, she will do more for you than you could have ever imagined.
Top Notch Property Managment Co – Both, Barbara and Melissa were very helpful and understanding to some issues and concerns that I was having. I have had some bad experiences with other property managment companies in the past... cold harsh...not caring, and unwillingness go the extra mile. MCM Property Manament is GREAT and I would recommend them to anybody, anytime. VERY satisfied customer!
I am happy – I lived in my apartment for the past year and half and I have always had nice experiences. I must be honest, work used to take forever to get done but I would always call Melissa and she made sure it got taken care of. I can see where some people wrote that repairs took awhile.
