Russell and Ben were great and very helpful. All the staff went out of their way to make it a good experience.
I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at McLarty Mazda. John Hensley was my salesperson and he did a phenomenal job. He always kept my concerns in mind and did everything he could to make sure I was happy. I left McLarty Mazda yesterday with the car of my dreams! He worked very hard for days helping me close my deal. If you work with him, there’s no way you’ll leave disappointed.

You should rethink Mo. He is the reason we are buying our Mazda cx 9 signature at Crain instead of Mcclarty. I feel bad for Josh, the very nice salesman. I would have loved to have given him my business. Ps...My bad review to good review ratio is about 1:100 so it must have been a pretty ugly experience.
Robert Moody is an amazing sales person! He treated me with respect and listened to every inquiry and thought I had throughout the process. The sales manager Ben was a pleasure to meet and even the finance guy Ryan was wonderful! Hands down the best experience I have ever had and I recommend them to everyone!

If I could give this dealership a “0” I would. I had a family member have the worse experience possible at this dealership this week! She’s beyond upset with her whole experience. Not only was the vehicle that she was interested in listed over 1K cheaper on their website and they refused to honor the price online, but they also lied about their return policy. Everyone here was great to work with - shoutout to Nathan for helping me get in my new Mazda CX-5! They worked with me to get the best deal, picked up my trade in for me and even had my new CX-5 delivered in the color I wanted. Even gave me a new CX-5 as a loaner until my car came in. Highly recommend!
