If you are looking for a new vehicle and thinking about a Nissan. Do not use McLarty Daniel in Bentonville. They sold me a 2019 Nissan Rogue junker and said there’s nothing they can do to fix it, since it is up to “Nissan’s standards”. I’ve taken it up there twice out of the three months I’ve had it and they still can’t get it right. You could say I’m “super happy” about my purchase.
Everyone was friendly and professional. This is the only establishment that advertises an extended powertrain warranty. I also purchased the optional bumper-to-bumper warranty (that is available on qualified vehicles). It wasn't advertised at first, but was brought up in the discussion later. The warranty was a major selling point for me. I would not have driven 175 miles for an auto purchase, without this feature. Thanks to all the staff for your service. I will definitely recommend you to others!
Been a customer for almost 11 years. Was called several times and told they would pay off my loan, not roll it over, if I came in and bought another. I verified this again when i showed up.. Wasted my time finding something and then when they ran the numbers I found they were going to roll 7 grand into the new loan. Lady literally slapped her hand over the paper to hide it when I pointed it out. Still tried to make a deal with them but they wouldn't even move a little, even though I caught them lying to my face.
