The sales people were amazing and took the time to understand what I needed. They were courteous and understanding. The process was simple to understand and I was kept informed of everything.
i visited this dealership on 9/4/18. salesman was great, helpful and knowledgable. dealt with two different sales managers, first one didnt listen to what I wanted at all and gave me quotes for higher priced premium models, second sales manager told me I should file a claim with my insurance company on my trade in to get money back after trying to give me the same deal described as a new one. ultimately made me feel very uncomfortable and tried to spin nonsense.
