Worst customer service ever. Avoid at all costs.
The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. This is literally my first review, ever. Customers are not a top priority. I have left multiple voicemails this past month to have a question answered about my car I purchased from them and no one returned my call. I had to reach out to McLarty Ford (who I actually do recommend). Disappointed that I trusted this company with my first adult purchase.
We have made two trips down there and had every intention to make a purchase. The salesmen could not have been nicer and I truly feel sorry for them having to be put in the middle of some bad situations. They told us we could qualify for financing and when we were set to go, they reneged on the deal. I think it is not right for them to give you payment amounts before they are confirmed, Very unhappy customers🤬😠
I was really disappointed this week - found out they had a specific used car in stock that I wanted, but it was priced nearly 2000 above blue book. I made a cash offer and they kept offering a payment plan. Each time I said that I was just going to purchase the car outright, I was offered a payment plan. I'm buying a car, not a payment plan. they never contacted me with any kind of counter offer. Combined with the ridiculous overpriced merchandise, I am just going to look elsewhere.
