Came in for a recall. Kevin the service adviser took great care of my fiancé and I . Very warm and friendly as we walked in the door. During the service he kept us updated. He explained our itemized bill very well to us. Great customer service would an understatement. Keep up the good work Kevin, once again thank you!

I bought my third vehicle from Michael Smith at McLarty Daniel Nissan, and he is amazing. The manager, Matt Jones, is the greatest, too. They always go out of their way to help me get the exact vehicle I want. I can’t recommend them enough.
We’ve bought 2 vehicles from McLarty Daniel over the past 2 years & have been pleased both times! We bought a gently used SUV today & service with our car salesman, EJ, was great. Staff is easy to work with & willing to meet in the middle for a fair deal that works for everyone. Definitely recommend shopping here if you’re in the market for a vehicle in the future!

I recently purchased a new Nissan Altima SR Turbo from Nissan Bentonville. My experience at Nissan was very positive. All the staff was very kind and helpful. I asked a lot of questions, details and concerns. My salesman, Carlos, was great in answering all my questions and then some! I would highly recommend doing business here. Plus the Nissans are great automobiles. I absolutely love my car. And I had a BMW 335i before!
Worst customer service ever. Test drove on Saturday discussed finances briefly assured it would work. Was told by Ricardo to submit our pre-qualification info online and he would pull it first thing Monday morning and we could come that day and do the deal. As of 10 he was working on it and would call my husband at 4. Still hadn’t heard from him by 5 so we contacted him and he stated we were still in pre-qualification even though I had received an approval letter only an hour prior. We were told we would get money for a referral we had done after our purchase and still 6 months later no money our sales man told us it could take 6 weeks not 6 years now he won’t reply to messages or calls.......
