They refused to see my son. They told me to take him to urgent care but urgent care doesn't know his medical history. And urgent care never does anything for him. I've never had an issues with holt family practice until now.

Stay away!! I went to the Fenton clinic, thinking it was an urgent care. They are not an urgent care and it is not an urgent care co-pay. They charged my card twice for my $200 co-pay. Their billing company, Degara APP, billed my insurance company TWICE and sent me a bill for $932 AFTER my insurance company paid it and said I owed nothing more! The treatment was subpar. I will NEVER go back!

My mother received horrible, lazy, and even dangerous care tonight. She came in as a fall risk after suffering a significant injury from a fall at work. Never, coming in or out of the hospital, was she offered a wheelchair. In fact, when she was discharged, they watched her walk out with her arm in a sling, on morphine, to drive herself the hour back to her home.
