Nothing convenient about the walk in clinic.
as a visitor who is an RN workers today we're very rude and disrespectful my grandmother (whom was not the patient mind you) was using a wheelchair to get around I disinfected the wheelchair myself and the one my mother whom was the patient had been using while ur workers sat on their phones and j received attitude when asking where the disinfectant wipes were. I orig went to the wrong location looking for my mother and received attitude about such place has really gone down hill
RecommendedHad surgery at St. Luke’s with the entire experience being positive. The OR staff was caring and courteous, Dr. Palmer was fantastic and the people from Southwest Anesthesia were great. Thanks Gwynn and Dr. Rust.
Had gastric sleeve surgery on the 21st, spent 2 nights on the 3rd floor. All the nurses and nurse assistants were amazing! Drake, Rebecka, and Lauren were my nurses. Also the room was amazing! Also loved that the food service called my room each night to remind me that they were closing and that i hadnt ordered anything yet... i completely forgot so that was awesome of them! Honestly this was my very first surgery and hospital stay and i gotta say it was awesome!

One Dr told me it’s because McLaren pressures them to take more appointments so I seriously have to schedule an appointment because they can’t answer one question about my labs and referral.
soooo how do you move a patient at night and not check the closet for her purse. of course purse is gone, Are you going to take responsibility, So did housekeeping find it or do they not clean after a patient is moved?

Haven't been to the hospital, but the conversation I had on the phone with the operator yesterday was upsetting. She was rude and very insensitive to a recent loss my family suffered. The way she spoke to me was very unacceptable.
Emergency department is slow but overall they do a great job
