Visited a patient on 2nd floor Neuro ICU for 4 days this past week. I found staff on the floor extremely friendly & thoughtful. My friends nurse, Wendy was amazing. She cared for my friend & her distraught husband with such great care. My friend had her scheduled honor walk on Saturday & even though it was a scheduled day off, she worked for the occasion. Dr Pokrele is a great doctor and he is my physician and I don't know why he and other want a face to face visit to get refills done?
This is definitely the worst health care I have ever experienced. I have been going here for 2 years and ever since the passing of Dr.Deol it has gone downhill. I never see the same doctor more than once, they have taken me back to an exam room and had me wait over an hour to see someone multiple times. Trying to get refills is always a hassle. This has got to be the worst medical practice in existence. I have been a patient here for a couple years now and every experience seems worse than the last. Clearly, it's time for me to move on. But first, some examples (and not a comprehensive list) of their gross incompetence. Last year I was prescribed a new medication. After 3 doses of it, I was having some pretty bad side effects.
