After having massive facial reconstructive surgery following a violent crime decades ago, I needed a facelift in the worst way. The lower part of my face looked 20 years older than the upper part. This is my first review ever. I am finding myself doing tons of investigating online these days before I see any new dr, restaurant etc. I have been a patient of Dr McKissock and Dr Falvey for years. They are simply THE BEST! I have been to several plastic surgeon offices and I have to say hands down, Dr McKissock and Dr Falvey are the most knowledgeable, kindest, skilled doctors I have ever met, including drs in Beverly Hills to Newport Beach. They never suggested that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were so kind and attentive to me and they made sure that all my questions were answered. After my procedure, the doctor gave my his card with his cell phone number and told me to call anytime if I had any issues, which I didn't. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
Do the nurses and staff seem to enjoy working for this cosmetic surgeon? Not really, it seemed like they didn't want to be there Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Did the cosmetic surgeon pressure you to book your surgery right away instead of giving you time to think it over? Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office.
