The sales part went great!! Outside of that I bought a preowned vehicle understanding that it was bought with only a 1 year drivetrain warranty. The problem was there was a leak in the sunroof and they agreed to have it serviced and assured me the problem would be taking care of. We got it back and after they did serval test and said they fixed it. We got the vehicle home and the sunroof doesn’t work and was told they where not going to fix it. The manager David and my salesperson Vanessa were very helpful. It’s always hard shopping for a vehicle and while we had some issues during the experience to negotiate and work through, both David and Vanessa were courteous and fair. My family and I are Very happy with our vehicle and the customer service received at McKinnon Nissan. Great job!
