I couldn't have asked for an easier process in buying a vehicle. Shannon and the rest of the staff were friendly and went above and beyond. It was worth the 4.5 hr trip!
Have purchased two vehicles with them. Most recent was with Shannon Cowart. She is great sales person. Very good experiences both times. The service dept has been great too. If I ever do have a wait they are nice to check on you and have coffee and bottled water. The waiting area and restrooms are always clean.
I was told they would beat the price on a written quote I had from another dealer. I emailed the quote to them. After reviewing it, McKinnon Nissan called, texted, and emailed me saying they would beat the quote. I went down there to buy the car and their price was $4,000 more than the price they said they would beat. Classic bait and switch. For me it's not all about the money.
