People who work there are very caring and sweet but it literally took over two weeks for me to get all my paperwork. The guy told me he would send my title application or whatever off and it would be ready the next day. Went two days later still nothing. He told me there were two ppl in front of me (even thou I had been waiting at least four days by that time). Told me he would mail it and it would be arriving Monday.
