Very poor experience with customer service. Filled out an account activation form where I provided necessary personal information, including my SSN, and Mckillican has not even acknowledged receipt of my attempts to contact them. I've left voicemails as well as multiple emails and zero attempts have been made to reach back out to me. Very dissappointing, as they looked to be a vendor for our company that could prove very useful. Customer service is a dying industry - Mckillican is unfortunately no exception to this.
