The customer service my fiancé and I received was by far exceptional! We went to many different jewelers in Clarksville and some in Nashville but found ourselves going back to McKenzie’s to get the wedding ring I have always dreamed of. Haley and Jenny were very patient and attentive to what we were looking for both times we went. I highly recommend checking them out they have definitely gained our business for our future purchases!
Our experience today was absolutely wonderful. Jennifer assisted my wife and I today. She wasn’t pushy at all and truly listened to what we were looking for and because of that we made several purchases. We will definitely go back for any future jewelry purchases.
Went by the Wild Rudolph location to get my wife the Pandora Hero charm for her bracelet. I’ve shopped here many times and the experience is always the same. Awesome! Was assisted by Emily. Very knowledgeable of Pandora, pleasant to talk with and an expert gift wrapper. Always a great experience when I come here. Thank you, Emily and The rest of the staff for making this my go to Jewry store always.
India is my jeweler for life. She makes me feel welcomed and loved when I come in and ALWAYS knows what I want! I would go nowhere else. The service truly is the heart of this company!
Went in today to get a ring and they all were so welcoming and nice to us. I called prior and spoke to a Emily and she was super accommodating on the specific pandora ring I wanted. I absolutely am in love with it and the people working at that store are genuinely so nice! Definitely recommend this store!
