I purchased a 14K gold chain from McKenzie & Smiley Jewelers (Wilma Rudolph location) over a year ago. This past weekend it accidentally got caught and broke. I brought it back to McKenzie and Smiley Jewelers and assumed that I would need to pay for the repair since it had been over a year since I purchased it.
