I was recommended McKenzie & Smiley Jewelers, by several friends and acquaintances. I took my engagement ring to the Sango store, to be repaired. Originally, I had called the Wilma Rudolph store, because so many of my friends had personal experience with them. However, due to the fact that the Sango store is less that 3 minutes from my home, I decided to go there. Fast repairs and great customer service at the Wilma location. We purchased a beautiful new band from them, as well as had services done on my engagement ring and band (soldering, diamond replaced, rhodium dip & cleaning). Definitely recommend!
The manager (the gentleman with darker hair and five o’clock shadow) at the store on Wilma Rudolf is extremely obtuse and not customer friendly or useful.
Very helpful and patient to find the perfect gift.
