Normally I have NOTHING good to say about this hospital but last night I ended up in the emergency room. Waited about 15 minutes before they took me back. Nurses and lab were in immediately and Dr was just a few minutes behind them. They were very compassionate and concerned as well as professional. I will be forever thankful to Nurse Molly and Nurse Amy and Dr. Hames for getting me back to the land of the living after five days of pain and high fever.... ps, I was in and out in less than 3 hours!!!! I have had great service and hospitality here. The nurses and doctors have treated me very well and yes I will come back ( only if it's a have to case). They are a great team. Mckenzie Regional Hospital gets a ��with me. Thanks to all my family and friends who have called, texted, or came by. Thank especially to Kim Hampton for bringing me, Joyce Cooper for coming out at night to get my food and Rosalyn Milam for taking my paper work for me and especially my wonderful, loving husband for staying with me.
I had cataract surgery there on 5-3-16;all the nurses and everyone was so sweet and nice. The doctor was great. I was really comfortable there. Loved it
I had surgery there Monday and they were so kind and supportive of me.
The ER, Surgical, and overnight staff were all amazing. They kept us updated all through our daughters emergency appendectomy last night.
They were great and handled
