permanently closed, bad hospital for proper care in extremely urgent care needs
Dont keep a doctor on staff and I get it's a hospital but 4000 for 3 stitches is way overpriced I could see 300 but 4000 is fucking stupid I wish I never went to McKenzie and the front desk clerk is fucking stupid. I tell her I don't have health insurance because I can't afford it tells me all I need to pay is 250 and tells me a week later that they tried to bill my nonexistent health insurance after I told them I dont have any 4 times. Carried hubby here with high blood pressure and nurses didn't even leave cup on hubby!! I had to call and ask How to use the machine!! They gave hubby pills twice that he has tried before that didn't work & didn't work on him here!! We told them they didn't work on him did they listen?? NO. HUBBY SIGNED HIMSELF OUT AND I TOOK HIM TO JACKSON THEY HAVE LOST OUR BUSINESS AND I TOLD HIS DOCTOR THAT'S AT MCKENZIE MEDICAL WHAT HAPPENED. SUCH A SHAME WE LOVED THE NURSING STAFF!!
Appointment was 4 PM. Arrived 30 minutes early. Still waiting at 4 for them to even check me in! An elderly lady in a wheelchair in front of me said she had been there at the window in her chair for 45 minutes waiting on them to get her paperwork finished and check her in for her appointment!! Clearly the worst managed registration/check-in process I have ever seen and I obviously missed my appointment time due to their incompetence. Wonderful small town hospital kindness and lots of compassion. It maybe a smaller facility but the treatment and services are top notch. Bigger isn’t alway better!!! ���
I needed an orthopedic surgeon and was so happy there was one closer than Memphis or Nashville. I was apprehensive to meet a new surgeon, as some are knife happy lol. I got a quick appointment also! So I saw Dr. Moede today. The disk i brought with my MRI wouldn't work so we had to wait for the computer team to fix the issue. Dr. Moede kept me posted on the hold up , apologizing for it. He was super nice. He definitely knows his stuff. He did move my injured arm about quite a bit, but he was very gentle with it. He gave me a... read more

This nurse name Erin is so rude to us but that other two nurses named Kathy and Amber are so sweet and helpful but Erin she’s just mean and rude to everyone including her patients and she’s always bitching about everything
