From the moment we arrived for pre-surgery class to the end of my 7day stay, we felt very cared for and welcome!! Everyone here was very accommodating and caring, giving exceptional quality of care and making us feel like family!! We are thankful the Lord sent us here for my surgery and post-op recovery! EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT ..This is a longer drive for where I live but our local Martin ER is substandard ...So well worth the drive to Mckenzie for the awsome care we received. ..... ..On 8/11/17 around midnight my 13 year old needed the er after an accident with a bb pistol.....Staff on this night was the best I have ever encountered in any er I've ever been in and I work in Healthcare .....Dr.Collata has a comforting and intelligent bed side manor with kids (and tired mommas...)..they were quick and through, sincere,intellige... read more
They never checked my urine they didn't check nothing and the nurse said oh I don't know when he will read the results of my cts and they blowed one of my vains out and stuck my over and over again and never found out what was wrong and they all was rude I will not go there again
It was a good experience, everyone was nice and helpful. Would have appreciated more detailed information.
I was only down there to be with my daughter Alisha Tharpe and Trell Hunt to have my 1st Grand Son Ollie. ( juice ).
