I was referred to this salon and I was genuinely excited to book a service. Before doing so, I decided to call on April 16th around 12:15 PM to confirm a few details. Unfortunately, my experience over the phone was disappointing. The person who answered spoke so quickly and abruptly that I had to double-check that I even called the right number. This place does a subpar job and they are way overpriced. The front desk staff is rude and unresponsive. Overall the place is pretty but you will get more out of your buck elsewhere. I left 20 minutes ago my edges are completely nappy.
Tecoyia was very professional. I absolutely love my hair!!!
