Great company. Always has the best price on heating oil. Erik is as good as they come.
I called this company to get a price on heating oil and to schedule service. The first person I spoke to was nice, helpful, and professional. When I called back later in the day to schedule the actual heating oil delivery, I spoke to someone else who was clearly upset and didn’t want to be on the phone call. She was simply rude and dismissive of my questions, and had a severely disrespectful tone and direction in her speaking. I simply thanked her for her time, and called another for service.
