Courteous staff. On-time appointments. Enjoyable experience even when someone's hands are in your mouth. Haven't had any hassles or mix ups with insurance in my three appointments and one operation. In and out, but never without staff asking if you have questions or concerns.
I was traveling and broke a tooth--spoke with Ashley to see if they could possibly work me in-- they were booked-- I asked if she knew of an emergency dental clinic-- she put me on hold- came back and said they would work me in -- everyone was so nice!! Dr. Avert fixed me up -- tooth looks great--hats off to Dr. Avery and his entire crew!!! I you want a really competent dentist and a pleasant dental experience , then I highly recommend McKay Mills Dental Clinic in Franklin, TN!

McKays Mill Dental is not only close to home but the most wonderful place you can visit. I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I know sounds weird! Doesn't everyone? So scared to hear what they might say you are doing wrong or need to do better at this...or if you have to have a procedure or work done or...NEEDLES!!! Just SCARY! McKay's Mill Dental is so worth my drive. Great staff, relaxing atmosphere, a warm welcoming environment. Dr. Avrit and his staff are very professional and make you feel special.
I am new to Franklin and after biting on a piece of candy, my crown came off my tooth. I had not established a dentist, so I called my friend and she recommended Dr. Avrit/McKay's Mill Dental. I was at the office on Monday at 7:45am. The receptionist was very accommodating and said that they could work me in. Crown fit and it was re glued. Great experience and such a relief.
