RecommendedTook my Romeo here for the first time when he got sick. They were all so wonderful I can’t begin to tell you how grateful I am. My baby passed a few weeks later and Dr Chapman literally was on the phone with me for awhile. Dr Bowling was amazing as well. I also received a sympathy card which everyone. From the office signed. I was so touched by this. So hard to lose our first pet. They made it a bit easier.

This office has no care for their guests and their guests' owners. This is the first & final horrible veterinarian visit experience I've had out of the several I've visited. I now know to do more research when searching for the best office. I tried smoothing things over with the office sharing my bad experience, twice, but they're ignorant and cannot see from anyone's perspective but themselves. I moved to Nashville a year ago after my precious golden doodle Gatsby already had his annual checkup. Well a year goes by and it’s time for me to find a new vet. Then covid-19 happens. I was nervous but McKay Mills Animal Hospital knocked it out of the park! Yes I couldn’t go with my pup but honestly it didn’t matter because everyone involved was awesome and trustworthy. My daughter, Andrea had her 4 wisdom teeth removed earlier today by Dr. Matt Avritt and staff. They were able to perform the entire procedure in less than an hour. They also gave us post-op instruction. Dr. Avritt and his staff were very professional and made my daughter comfotable during the procedure. So far, my daughter is doing ok and we’re hoping she would fully recover within the week. Thank you
We are so grateful you took such great care of our Golden Retriever while we were evacuated from hurricane Florence. The trip was so hard on him. You calmed many of our concerns and he was so much more comfortable for the trip home. Thank you!!!

Never have to wait...love that they respect my time as I respect theirs. Genuinely care about the patient and complete care. Definitely don’t feel like they are pushing you in and out.

when you come in you're greeted warmly. Shortly you will be in the office to receive your care.I often just get teeth cleaned and leave with shiny white teeth. Am pleased to return for another experience. Other care lives up to same treatment. If a problem, you're invited to come in to see about getting it fixed. Perfect.
