After three electronic requests for all my personal information and additional payments up front I arrived at McKay Dee Hospital for an appointment. I talked to customer service and they sent me to a place on the third floor. I requested they call to let them know I was there for my appointment. At arriving upstairs I was greeted but there had been no call that had been answered.
