I brought my mom in for a procedure and we had a great experience. Everyone was so kind and worked together as a team. We were taken great care of by nurses Addy, Erin, Haley and I think Tiffany (?). Dr Vandersteen was so kind and patient.
From check in to check out it was a great experience. My nurse Bruno did an amazing job making me feel at ease when I was very nervous and made sure I was all ready to go at the end. I would highly recommend to anyone needing gastric services.
Let me start by saying that if you are having to visit this particular department then you are in the best possible hands. The outstanding service that I received from the checking in process to the pre procedure was hands down the best I have been treated to date. Once in Pre op my PN Jessica was absolutely the best person for her position. Jessica was very compassionate and informative. I appreciate how confident and self assured in her job she was. When you get to my age you just have to do these types of things to make sure the body is still running right, even though we all dread the process. Surprisingly it was not bad in any way. Cyndie was a wonderful nurse and fun to be around. Dr. Eric Eliason was great to work with.
The nurses were so nice, doctors were very knowledgeable i feel like I got some answers as to what’s wrong with me
