Once again I am at the ER and the care sucks. I was sent here by a palliative care doctor but because I have don't cancer I am getting 3 rate care I have to quit coming here

I had an appointment in the Radiology department July 29th at 4pm. I was in severe pain. They called my ultrasound technician and he rushed me and and did everything possible to be quick, efficient and caring. I didn't recall his name because of my pain level but I would love to let him know how much I truly and thankful for everything he did to make a level 9 pain as comfortable as possible. He was also very knowledgeable. Thank you so much!

The first nurse we had, although very nice, didn't seem to worry too much when I told her I needed to be someone 2 hours later. When she went to lunch and the nurse covering for her came in and I told her I had 10 more minutes before I had to be somewhere, she got the ball rolling quickly and we were out the door within the 10 minutes. Yes, I was late to where I was going, but there was no reason why I should have been when I gave plenty of notice and they were just watching my daughter's heart rate to make sure it went down... read more
I recently had a scheduled C-section at Mckay. I stayed for 2 nights following. My stay was great! The nursing staff was amazing! Every person I encountered was so nice and helpful. This is my 3 child, this was by far the best hospital experience I have ever had. I highly recommend this hospital!
