My son and I had been taking turns with bronchitis for over a month. We both had it so we went to the ER on a Sunday night. My son's EKG showed some problems and we ended up staying until late the next day for more tests and an angiogram. The only problem I have with all of this is in moving from one doctor to another and one floor to another, the medication that was prescribed was not called in or the prescriptions given to me to fill for the bronchitis which is why he came in to begin with. I must make 3 separate ratings: One for the ER which other than a very long wait, were professional & courteous. One for Cardiac which I felt were disorganized and overworked. In the day I was there I wasn't even changed out of my Levis, I had to keep reminding them of things and was given blood thinner before I was supposed to have an Angiogram, This resulted in having to wait 3 more days for the procedure (I requested to go home and wait because of the care there). Dr Winters is a great guy! Also the staff has done a great job making sure my needs have been met & that I am comfortable. Keep up the great work! �
My dad is a current patient in the ICU, and I must say, the staff and nurses and physicians are just phenomenal!
My husband was well taken care of. The nurses and all the staff were all wonderful. They were all very patient and kind. Thank you
