I bought a truck in nov 2019 and now it’s feb and tag office says I can’t renew my tag because the title is pending. Now dealership lot is empty and no one answers phone calls or returns messages. This is unheard of!!
They had three of the coolest Mini Coopers I have ever seen, needless to say now they only have two! Got one in my favorite color (Royal Blue), it was in great shape and ran great. My credit sucked a bit, so my payments are a lil high but I can budget a bit and I get to drive a MINI!!! You guys rock! Very cool guys, very hip spot to shop. Thanks so Much!
Did my usual "Looking" for a new car drive up and down 50, stopped in at a few of the usual spots to see if they had anything new. I usually don't stop in at McJ's but I figured why not. I pass by MCJ Everyday on my way to work, and I look at this gorgeous Cadillac that sits out front. So I've been looking and wanting that car for a few weeks now. But given some of the reviews I have seen I have been reluctant to stop in, well today I got the nerve and grabbed my BF and went in. I was taken back by the staff, they seemed almost overly concerned trying make me comfortable. I think the management has changed on this dealership since some of the reviewers here went because I went there to see this sweet G35 that I have been eyeing for a while now. The manager greeted me as the salesman was building me a deal structure and he was a really nice guy. Oh by the way, love my new G35.
After seeing these reviews i was kind of afraid to go there but i decided to give them a shot anyway, i guess management has changed recently they were really kind to me and they gave me a great deal. Overall it was a good experience. I would recommend them.
I would not advise buying a car from this place. The customer service is good and they are very nice but they do not want to honor the warranty they say they give you. I called numerous times while the "warranty" was still in effect and no one would call back. As soon as it was out of warranty they called back, what a surprise right. I have put over $2000 in this car so far. I expect to have to put some sort of money into it as it is a used car but do not "promise" me to fix it then not do it.
